61 Tasks in a Month
Vanessa Cardenas got a strategy in December and worked 61 tasks of it inside a month. What followed is below, in her own numbers.
The client
Vanessa Cardenas is a speaker, author and Relationship Reset Expert. Betrayal recovery is part of that work, not the whole of who she is or what she offers. She already had a methodology and client results. What had not stuck was marketing built for someone else.
The brief
One person. No team, nobody to delegate to, and no budget to hire before the work started paying. She needed a strategy she could run herself, in her own voice, built from the work she actually does rather than from the category she happens to sit in. Not another posting calendar. It had to fit around an existing client load.
What she got
An 86-section strategy document. Generated on 10 December 2025 from her own website, her own market, and how she works.
A 158-task action workbook. Not a document to read and file. A list to work through, in order. One month in she had 61 of them done.
Her language, not a house style. She already had named language for what she does. The job was to market that, not recast her as something more generic.
Vanessa's action workbook from the 10 December 2025 report. 61 of 158 tasks complete on 10 January 2026, one month in.
What happened
10 December 2025. The strategy document and workbook are generated.
10 January 2026. 61 of the 158 tasks are done.
10 February 2026. She reports 10 new clients in one week.

March 2026. 18 client sessions again.

8 April 2026. Her accountant confirms she matched her full 2025 revenue in the first quarter of 2026.
Every figure above is Vanessa's own, from her own systems, her own diary and her own accountant. The sequence is what happened, in the order it happened. It is not a claim that one thing caused another.
One client, one year. Yours will look different.
"I can't thank you enough. This is exactly what I needed. In a span of a week, from last Friday to this Thursday: 10 clients. It's really a testament to you, because you gave me exactly what I needed as a tool."

Her full message
Maria, You have called me your muse, which has always touched me, but I think you may underestimate what you gave me. You believed in the work I was doing at a time when I was still figuring out how to bring all the pieces of it together. And beyond believing in it, you gave me something incredibly practical: a crystal-clear roadmap for how to take years of work, experience, and ideas and make them visible in a way people could actually find and understand. That has been priceless. So much of what I'm building now has become clearer because you helped me see how the pieces connect. I may have inspired something in you, but please know that you did the same for me. Your belief in what I was building, and your willingness to show me a clearer way forward, changed how I see what is possible for this business. I'm deeply grateful for that.

Why it matters
Vanessa did not ask for more tactics. She asked for something that fitted how she already works, then named it as what got her through the week. That is the difference between a plan a founder receives and a plan a founder uses.
